Membership Sessions
Terms and Conditions
1. Package Description:

The tutoring membership package includes 1 free session when 10 sessions are purchased in advance for a total of 11 sessions. The prices for each package will be determined by the service requested, see service information for more details.
2. Session Expiration:

All purchased sessions must be used within one year from the date of purchase. After one year, any unused sessions will expire and cannot be refunded or used.

Payment Methods:

All payments will be made via secure online payments using a credit card and must be made at the time of booking.

Payment Timing: Payment for the package is due upfront at the time of booking.
4. Session Format:

Sessions are available online. For online sessions, a reliable internet connection and appropriate device are required.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:

Cancellation:
-
Individual sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund.

Cancellations made more than 1 hour but less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will be charged 50% of the full session price.

Cancellations made less than 1 hour, as well as no-shows, will be charged the full session amount.

Rescheduling: Sessions can be rescheduled at any time, with no limit on the number of reschedules, provided the reschedule request is made more than 24 hours in advance.
6. Refund Policy:

Unused Sessions: Refunds for unused sessions can be requested, subject to a 10% administrative fee. The refund will be calculated at the single session rate at the time of purchase. If a refund is requested, the 11th (free) session will be forfeited and not included in the refund calculation.

Refund Conditions: Refund requests must be made within the one-year validity period. Refunds will be processed based on the number of unused sessions remaining, excluding the free session.

Special Circumstances: Refunds for extenuating circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies) will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
7. Transfer of Sessions:

Sessions can be transferred to immediate family members only. Requests for transferring sessions must be made in writing and approved by Transcend Learning Services.
8. Parental/Guardian Involvement:

Parents or guardians are encouraged to be involved in their child’s learning process and may be required to attend initial consultations or periodic progress reviews.
9. Behavioral Expectations:

Students are expected to behave respectfully and follow the tutor's instructions during sessions. Disruptive behavior may result in termination of the session without a refund.
10. Confidentiality:

All student information is kept confidential and is only used for the purpose of providing tutoring services. We comply with relevant data protection laws to ensure your privacy.
11. Limitation of Liability:

Transcend Learning Services is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the services provided.
12. Force Majeure:

We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these terms due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other unforeseeable events.
13. Communication of Changes:

Any changes to these terms and conditions will be communicated via email and posted on the Transcend Learning Services website. It is the responsibility of the member to stay informed about any updates.
